Part-Time Stock Ambassador

About the role

Everlane is looking for a part-time Stock Ambassador to support its back-of-house operations in its Palo Alto store. The role suits someone who enjoys systems and processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help keep the store organized and productive while serving customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build customer relationships through personalized service and styling that builds confidence and brand loyalty
• Share style, trend knowledge and product expertise to give strong recommendations and fit advice
• Maintain store standards and an inviting, customer-first environment
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately
• Lead shipment processing and keep the stockroom organized and efficient
• Train and support team members on back-of-house standards and processes
• Keep inventory accurate through procurement, replenishment and daily walkie replenishment, and communicate sell-through and inventory issues with the Store Leader
• Oversee inventory operations including transfers, cycle counts, send-outs and handling of damages, donations and returns
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized, and support visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Required profile

• Passion for fashion, a good sense of personal style and interest in a mission-driven brand
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 12 hours of availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds, and to stand and move around all areas of the store
