Part-Time Server - Cowboys Club

About the role

The Server works at The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, Texas, which is a private members club and workspace connected to the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters and training facility. The server reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and serves a select community of influencers, entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain feast items
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and note any special needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and feast items
• Follow alcohol service rules and regulations
• Keep the work area clean and well stocked
• Secure payment for orders and thank guests sincerely at the end of each order
• Serve quality food and provide outstanding customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Required profile

• At least 18 years old
• Fluent in English
• Available to work an irregular schedule, including late nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to work extended hours due to business requirements
• Ability to interact with co-workers and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Preferred: bilingual in Spanish and at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant
