Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

AT&T is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Meridian, Idaho. The role centres on consultative sales on the sales floor, guiding customers through device and service options. It suits people who want to work during the store's busiest times, including evenings and weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.

Key responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options
• Meet sales targets and earn commission on AT&T products and services
• Take part in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends

Required profile

• Flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• No sales experience: training, tools and coaching are provided

• Earnings of $24,457 to $48,000 per year, including hourly rate and uncapped commission for top sellers; prorated commissions of $6,850 for part-time
