About the role
As a Retail Ambassador at Rothy’s Broadway Plaza store, you will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying company values. The role focuses on building meaningful connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer, providing best‑in‑class service rooted in brand values.
- Execute operational tasks such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization to ensure operational excellence.
Required profile
- Guided by Rothy’s values, committed to a welcoming, service‑driven environment.
- 18 years of age or older, with previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, passion for service, and ability to meet personal and team sales goals.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
