Part-Time Registered Nurse – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Gurwin Healthcare System is seeking part‑time Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team on a 36‑acre campus in Commack, New York. The position offers flexible day, evening or night shifts with every other weekend off, and includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care to residents across our nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient conditions.
• Document care activities accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge instructions.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with a current New York State nursing license.
• BSN preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating day, evening or night shifts and every other weekend.
