Part-Time Operations Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Operations Supervisor to join the management team at the Washington Square Mall store in Tigard, Oregon. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve their performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, merchandising and visual standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Follow Levi’s policies, procedures and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support and coach team members.
• Reliability – must have dependable transportation and be able to work flexible retail hours.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders and move around the store.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
