Part-Time NP/PA – Wellness Medicine, $85‑$95/hr, 3‑Day Week

About the role

A direct‑pay wellness clinic in South San Jose is hiring a part‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to run its clinical side, including hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide and vitamin therapy, and sexual wellness. You will be the sole provider, supported by two medical assistants, same‑day labs, and proven protocols from the network’s chief medical officer. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM with no on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• See new and returning patients for hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and sexual wellness.
• Prescribe and manage testosterone therapy (injections, pellets, oral) and supporting medications such as enclomiphene.
• Oversee peptide and vitamin injection protocols (B12, glutathione, NAD+, Sermorelin, lipotropic blends).
• Manage GLP‑1 and other weight‑loss protocols, including body composition assessment.
• Provide sexual wellness treatment, including in‑office procedures such as PRP and shockwave therapy.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and supporting lifestyle habits.
• Guide patients through treatment options and pricing using a consultative, direct‑pay approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with front‑office staff.

Required profile

• Active California NP or PA license (must already be licensed).
• Board‑certified FNP or Adult NP, or licensed PA.
• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA clinical experience; RN experience in this specialty may count.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one (practice covers costs).
• Comfort prescribing and managing controlled substances and injectable medications.
• Comfort providing sexual wellness care, including in‑office procedures.
• Willingness to learn a consultative, direct‑pay care model; sales experience a plus.
