Part-time NP/PA – Hormone & Wellness Medicine, $85‑$95/hr

About the role

This part‑time position is with an independently owned hormone, wellness and aesthetic medicine clinic in South San Jose, California. You will lead patient care across testosterone therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy and sexual wellness, working three days a week with no on‑call duties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑patient consultations and follow‑up visits for hormone optimization, weight‑loss, peptide and sexual‑wellness treatments.
• Prescribe and manage testosterone therapy (injections, pellets, oral) and adjunct medications such as Clomid or enclomiphene.
• Administer peptide and vitamin injection protocols (B12, glutathione, NAD+, Sermorelin, lipotropic blends).
• Oversee GLP‑1 and other medical weight‑loss programs, including body‑composition assessments.
• Provide in‑office sexual‑wellness procedures such as PRP and shockwave therapy.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes and lifestyle support.
• Use a consultative, direct‑pay approach to treatment planning and pricing, with full training provided.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with front‑office staff.

Required profile

• Active California NP or PA license (must already be licensed).
• Board‑certified FNP, AGNP, AGPCNP, ANP or PA‑C.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience as an NP or PA; RN experience in this specialty may count.
• Active DEA registration (cost covered by practice).
• Comfort prescribing and managing controlled substances and injectable medications.
• Willingness to provide sexual‑wellness care, including in‑office procedures.
• Open to a consultative, direct‑pay care model; sales experience a plus but not required.
