NP/PA – Hormone Optimization & Aesthetics, $95/hr + Bonus, 3-Day Week

About the role

An independently owned wellness and aesthetic medicine clinic in South San Jose is seeking a confident Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a three‑day‑a‑week clinical position. The practice delivers evidence‑based hormone therapy, weight‑loss, peptide and vitamin injections, and sexual wellness services in a concierge, direct‑pay model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new‑patient consultations and follow‑up visits across hormone, weight‑loss, peptide, and sexual wellness services.
• Prescribe and adjust testosterone therapy (injections, pellets, oral) and supporting medications.
• Administer and manage peptide and vitamin injection protocols (B12, glutathione, NAD+, Sermorelin, lipotropic blends).
• Run GLP‑1 and medical weight‑loss plans, including body composition tracking.
• Deliver sexual wellness treatments, including in‑office procedures such as PRP and shockwave therapy.
• Educate patients on options, expected outcomes, and lifestyle changes.
• Build treatment plans using a consultative, direct‑pay model with full training provided.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate closely with front‑office staff.

Required profile

• Active California NP or PA license (must already be licensed).
• Board‑certified FNP or Adult NP, or licensed PA.
• At least 2 years of NP or PA clinical experience (related RN experience may count).
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one before start (cost covered).
• Comfortable prescribing controlled substances and managing injectable medications.
• Willingness to provide sexual wellness care, including in‑office procedures.
• Open to a consultative, direct‑pay approach; no sales background required.
• Strong patient‑education abilities and EMR proficiency.

What we offer

• $85–$95 per hour plus performance‑based incentive (new‑patient bonus or revenue share).
• Part‑time schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• No on‑call duties.
• Fully onsite clinic in South San Jose with two MAs on staff.
• Paid clinical training (15–20 hours) and ongoing consultation training.
