Part-time Maintenance Technician (The Waymark)

About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join The Waymark property team on a part‑time basis. You will work primarily on‑site, ensuring that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical and mechanical repairs throughout the property.
- Maintain building systems, equipment and common‑area fixtures.
- Ensure all areas are safe, clean and operational for residents.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar hands‑on role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
- Reliability and ability to work a Saturday‑to‑Monday schedule.
