Part-time Maintenance Technician – Property Maintenance

About the role
Diamond Rock Rentals is seeking a reliable Part‑time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of its residential property in Spokane Valley. The role involves three days per week, preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute appropriate repairs.
- Maintain the appearance, safety and overall functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
- High performance attitude with a focus on reliability and quality work.
