Part-time & Limited Term Faculty – Elementary & Early Childhood Education

About the role

Kennesaw State University is seeking qualified educators for a pool of part‑time, limited‑term faculty positions in the Department of Elementary & Early Childhood Education for the 2025‑2026 academic year. Appointments are semester‑by‑semester and will be made on an as‑needed basis.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in elementary and early childhood education on a part‑time schedule.
• Develop and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with department standards.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and faculty development activities.
• Maintain compliance with university policies and state regulations for higher education.

Required profile

• Earned graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the post‑secondary level is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the state of Georgia.
• Commitment to inclusive, student‑centered instruction.
