About the role
The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Miami is seeking qualified part‑time lecturers to teach undergraduate and graduate courses during the 2026‑2027 academic year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality instruction in assigned mechanical engineering subjects.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain office hours and support student learning.
Required profile
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant technical and teaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to teach at the undergraduate or graduate level.
