Part-Time Leasing Professional – Tuscan Heights

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated part‑time Leasing Professional to join the Tuscan Heights community in Denver. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and manage lease documentation.
• Prepare move‑in packages, coordinate resident move‑ins, and ensure a smooth handover of units.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and address any concerns to promote retention.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with leasing software or property‑management platforms (if mentioned in interview).
