Part-Time Leasing Professional

About the role

A part-time Leasing Professional is needed for the Broadstone Pullman apartment community in Atlanta, Georgia. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategy to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, covering leasing to new residents, resident satisfaction and lease renewals. The community is a stabilized midrise with 354 units.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule repairs with the maintenance team.
• Follow market and competitor trends, develop marketing plans and run programs such as referrals and employer outreach, using online tools like Craigslist, Facebook and e-mail.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow concession and special programs.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents and run the lease renewal program, including renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner questions and requests.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the job.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Flexible schedule including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $19.00 - $21.00, depending on experience, skills and location.
