About the role
The Leasing Professional will support The Holston community by driving marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue targets. This part‑time position focuses on delivering a positive resident experience from prospecting through lease signing and move‑in.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing process.
- Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready and meet standards.
- Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and satisfaction follow‑up.
