Part-Time Leasing Professional at Broadstone Vintage Park

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for Broadstone Vintage Park in Houston. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management or related sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
• Ability to conduct tours, qualify applicants and manage lease documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
