Part-Time Keyholder at The Shops at La Cantera

About the role

Rothy’s is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to lead the sales floor at The Shops at La Cantera. You will model the brand’s service‑first culture, coach teammates, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive personal and team sales.
• Coach and guide team members on brand standards, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
• Assist with in‑store events, visual merchandising, and operational tasks such as shipments and stockroom leadership.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, overseeing daily operations and service expectations.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders or step stools safely.

Required skills

• Strong customer‑service and clienteling abilities.
• Experience with merchandising, shipment handling, or stockroom leadership.
