Part-Time Groundskeeper (Spokane Valley)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a part‑time groundskeeper to join the team at the new Carnahan Collection community in Spokane Valley. The role focuses on maintaining the exterior appearance and cleanliness of the property while delivering friendly service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain community grounds, entrances, exits and amenity areas each day.
• Remove debris, litter and clean outdoor spaces to uphold curb appeal.
• Pull and replace trash and recycling containers according to the scheduled pickup calendar.
• Assist the property team with trash removal from vacant units prior to make‑ready.
• Maintain sanitation in trash rooms and distribute resident notices as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous groundskeeping or similar maintenance experience preferred.

Required skills

• Safe use of hand tools.
• Operation of power tools.
• Handling of mechanical equipment.
