Leasing Professional – NoHo 14

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 180‑unit stabilized community in Los Angeles. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through full‑cycle leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and execute resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, Funnel CRM) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to company standards, and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably with affordable housing.
• Knowledge of OneSite, Yardi, and Funnel CRM.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
