Part-Time Faculty – Human Resource Management (Remote)

About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks a remote part‑time faculty member to teach Human Resource Management courses online. The position supports up to 70 students per term and operates on an eight‑week course schedule that may start monthly or quarterly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online instruction for Human Resource Management subjects.
• Manage course materials, assignments, and assessments through the Blackboard Learning Management System.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students throughout the term.
• Collaborate with the Faculty Manager and academic team to ensure curriculum alignment.

Required profile

• Must reside and be authorized to work full‑time in one of the listed states (AL, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, KS, IA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WY).
• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resource Management at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Experience with online teaching and student engagement.

Required skills

• Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) proficiency.
