Part-Time English Faculty (Remote)

About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks remote part‑time faculty to teach undergraduate English Composition or Technical Writing courses. In this position you will deliver online instruction to a maximum of 70 students at a time, supporting their learning journey in a fully virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver online course content for English Composition or Technical Writing.
• Manage student engagement, communication, and assessment for up to 70 learners.
• Provide timely feedback on assignments and maintain academic standards.
• Collaborate with the College of Humanities to ensure curriculum alignment.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in English Composition or Technical Writing, or PhD in English with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the relevant area.
• Eligibility to live and work full‑time in one of the listed U.S. states.
• Ability to work remotely and meet university teaching standards.
