Part Time Driver for Student Transportation

About the role
The driver will transport Carmen students participating in internship and career exploration programs to and from businesses in the Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha/Pewaukee areas, primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe transportation of students to and from career‑related activities.
- Maintain vehicle condition and coordinate any necessary repairs.
- Plan and follow routes in collaboration with the Career Readiness Team and other staff.
- Foster a safe, respectful environment for students during travel.
Required profile
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- Reliable and accountable, committed to serving students.
