About the role
This temporary, part‑time position supports dance instruction for preschool and elementary students on the Helena campus. Working the evening shift, the assistant helps create a safe and engaging environment for young dancers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist dance instructors during classes and rehearsals.
- Prepare and maintain the dance studio, including equipment setup and cleanup.
- Provide individualized support to students, ensuring safety and proper technique.
- Help with scheduling, attendance tracking, and communication with parents.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
Required profile
- Strong background in dance, preferably with experience teaching or assisting young learners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to work a flexible evening schedule.
