Part-Time Care Manager - CNA/CHHA

About the role

Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Manager-CNA/CHHA in Voorhees Township. The role provides warm, engaging personal care, support and companionship to residents, helping them with their daily needs and encouraging their participation in community programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, support and companionship to residents
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Watch for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plan
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a CNA or HHA
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people
• Preferred: knowledge and experience working with the elderly, including dementia
• Able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and perform intermittent physical activity such as lifting and supporting residents, using proper body mechanics

Schedules are part-time, with several options between 7:00am-11:00am and 3:00pm-11:00pm, rotating days each week.
