Part-Time Care Manager (CNA)

About the role

Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living is hiring a Care Manager (CNA) for a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position reporting to the Health & Wellness Director. The role supports residents in all aspects of their daily life according to each resident's care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization and activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide resident care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding as outlined in the care plan
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Keep assigned residents clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe and fed during shifts
• Document all services provided to assigned residents during each shift
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to the supervisor

Required profile

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population, preferred with dementia experience
• Able to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch, and to lift or carry up to 50 lbs with proper body mechanics
