Part-Time Brand Ambassador – Customer Engagement

About the role

Join Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, as a part‑time Brand Ambassador. You will be the face of the brand in retail locations and community events, helping homeowners discover renovation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers face‑to‑face in big‑box stores and events to promote home‑improvement services.
• Initiate conversations, answer questions, and generate interest in free in‑home consultations.
• Schedule appointments and guide customers through the consultation booking process.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to achieve daily and weekly lead targets.
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic brand presence at all times.

Required profile

• Friendly, fun, and positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping the public.
• Comfortable working independently and motivated to meet performance goals.
• Retail or customer‑service experience is highly valued; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Reliable transportation for traveling between multiple locations in a day.
