Part-time and Limited Term Faculty Positions in Educational Leadership

About the role

Kennesaw State University’s Department of Educational Leadership is seeking qualified candidates for a pool of part‑time, limited‑term faculty appointments for the 2025‑2026 academic year. Appointments are on an as‑needed, semester‑by‑semester basis and will be ranked according to credentials.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Educational Leadership.
• Develop course materials, syllabi, and assessments aligned with departmental standards.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and faculty committees as required.

Required profile

• Terminal degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the college level is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to teach on an as‑needed, semester‑by‑semester schedule.

Required skills

• Effective classroom instruction and curriculum design.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with learning management systems such as Blackboard and Canvas.
