About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Adult Education Instructor for the De Queen campus of Cossatot Community College. The instructor will deliver adult‑learning courses, support student success, and contribute to the college’s mission of workforce development.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional sessions for adult education programs.
  • Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
  • Collaborate with the Adult Education department to align curriculum with industry needs.
  • Participate in orientation and background‑check processes required for campus staff.
  • Adhere to college policies, including Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.

  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Commitment to part‑time, fixed‑term teaching assignments.
