About the role
Austin Peay State University seeks qualified part‑time adjunct instructors to deliver a variety of University Success courses. The position is temporary and flexible, supporting both online and on‑campus delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned University Success courses, including Foundations Learning, Transfer Student Success, Peer Leadership, Leadership Project, Practicum Experience, and Preparing for the World of Work.
- Adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse student populations, including at‑risk learners.
- Collaborate with department faculty to maintain course quality and alignment with program goals.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Demonstrated experience teaching research‑based classes, at‑risk populations, peer‑leadership or leadership courses, and career‑services related content.
