Parlor Host / Front Desk Agent

About the role

The Albion Summit is seeking a Parlor Host / Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them into the parlor, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and providing concierge‑level service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the parlor and lobby with professionalism and warmth, setting the tone for their stay.
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Operate property management systems including Cloudbeds, Flexkeeping, and Akia.
• Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and attractions in Summit and surrounding areas.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, luggage, and other guest items.
• Support other hotel areas as needed and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of front desk or guest services experience, preferably in a boutique hotel.
• Polished, professional service style with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and shift coverage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience or ability to quickly learn Cloudbeds, Flexkeeping, and Akia property management systems.
