Front of House Lead – Summit

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Front of House Lead to oversee daily operations at our Summit location. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, uphold Ani’s cultural standards, and drive smooth service across dine‑in, take‑out, and delivery channels.

Key responsibilities

• Train, lead, and coach front‑of‑house staff to meet Ani’s cultural and service standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
• Communicate operational needs with employees and upper management.
• Manage the flow of business across all sales channels.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, overseeing all aspects of service and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a front‑of‑house team.
• Strong customer‑service background in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
• Capability to work independently and handle cash accurately.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
