About the role

The Paramedic Emergency Medical Services team provides immediate medical care to individuals injured in accidents or experiencing acute health conditions. This full‑time, 24‑hour position involves operating an advanced‑life‑support ambulance and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and equipment readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to life‑threatening, emergency, and non‑emergency calls.
• Coordinate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Lead a team of responders, overseeing triage, treatment, and transport.
• Maintain ambulance and medical equipment through regular inspections and sanitation.
• Document patient care accurately and complete required state and local paperwork.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and ensure proper disposal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations for infection control and hazardous‑materials standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to meet EMT‑P certification requirements.

Required profile

• Valid EMT‑P certification or equivalent advanced life‑support qualification.
• Ability to operate an advanced‑life‑support ambulance safely.
• Willingness to work rotating 24‑hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail for equipment checks and documentation.
