Paralegal – Legal Operations Specialist

About the role

Giga is looking for a self‑driven Paralegal to own the end‑to‑end NDA and legal intake process. You will work independently, ensuring contracts move from draft to execution without attorney bottlenecks, while supporting a fast‑growing AI infrastructure company.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and drive NDAs to execution, escalating only true edge cases.
• Design and maintain a centralized legal intake system, replacing scattered email, Slack, and text requests.
• Tri­age incoming legal requests, route them appropriately, and set clear turnaround expectations.
• Enforce the intake workflow company‑wide, redirecting off‑process requests back to the proper channel.
• Manage the full e‑signature pipeline: queue documents, send for signature, and track completion.
• Organize and maintain the contract repository for easy retrieval and reporting.
• Partner with attorneys and business teams to keep the legal function responsive as request volume grows.
• Take on larger, higher‑complexity projects as you demonstrate reliability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a paralegal or in legal operations.
• Proven track record of independently managing NDAs from drafting through execution.
• Experience building or significantly improving a legal intake or triage process.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to enforce processes across a fast‑moving company.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of e‑signature tools.
• Familiarity with contract repositories.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
