Paralegal & Intake Specialist for ERTC (Remote)

About the role
Zirtual is seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal/Intake Specialist to support a high‑volume Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) operation across roughly 42 U.S. states. This project‑based, remote position will involve conducting scripted intake calls, gathering qualifying information, and organizing client documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct scripted intake calls with prospective ERTC clients.
- Ask qualification questions using a provided framework.
- Record and coordinate call transcripts for internal use.
- Collect, organize, and maintain client documentation in Microsoft OneDrive.
- Maintain accurate intake records and digital files.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with prospective clients.
- Follow established workflows with minimal supervision.
Required profile
- Prior experience as a paralegal or in legal intake.
- Comfortable conducting live client calls.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
