PAC Manager / Senior Political Associate

About the role

J Street is seeking a PAC Manager/Senior Political Associate to lead its political fundraising operations and donor engagement. Reporting to the National Political Director, this full‑time, in‑person position is based in Washington, DC and starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Steward high‑ and medium‑donor political fundraising programs and manage the national events calendar.
• Maintain fundraising trackers and Salesforce data to keep leadership informed of progress.
• Build and grow relationships with fundraisers, staffers, candidates, and members of Congress.
• Support endorsement processes, candidate engagement, and strategic political planning.

Required profile

• 2‑3 election cycles of experience in political campaigns, advocacy, or fundraising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and donor relationships with precision.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with political stakeholders.
• Comfortable collaborating across fast‑paced political teams.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
