About the role
Cynergy Technology is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join its team in Tyler, Texas. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and presenting tailored technology solutions to prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales prospects within the Tyler/Longview area.
- Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT services and solutions.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to achieve repeat business.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in new‑business development and relationship building.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Residency in or near the Tyler/Longview area.
