Outside Sales Account Executive

About the role

iHeartMedia, the largest audio company in America, is hiring an Account Executive in Honolulu. The role combines in-person client meetings, daily cold calling and the cultivation of existing business across broadcast and digital marketing products. Key responsibilities

• Learn the broadcast and digital marketing products and identify new business opportunities through in-person client meetings and research.
• Generate leads through consistent daily cold calling and outreach to prospective clients.
• Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create marketing campaigns.
• Deliver data-backed sales presentations and negotiate with clients.

Required profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, expert negotiator and proactive; comfortable with cold calling.
• Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving and persuasive communication skills.
• Able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Digital/media sales experience is a plus; experience with multi-platform campaigns, analytics, iHeart or audio advertising and market connections are a bonus.
