Outreach Liaison – District Office (Full Benefits)

About the role

The Outreach Liaison supports the district office’s Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) for emerging students. Working full‑time (8 hours per day) the position coordinates communication and outreach efforts with community agencies, schools, and families.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for outreach activities related to emerging students.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, social services, clergy, youth programs, and non‑profits to facilitate support services.
• Maintain clerical and administrative functions for the MTSS program.
• Prepare and distribute communications and public‑relations materials as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (U.S. Department of Education accredited).
• Desirable: some college coursework and experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Preferred: minimum two years of clerical experience, preferably in an educational setting or with community service agencies.
• Pre‑employment requirements (employee‑paid if hired): TB clearance, Department of Justice fingerprint clearance, proof of high‑school completion, resume, and one signed professional letter of recommendation.
