Outpatient Sleep Medicine Physician (Pulmonary optional)

About the role

Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Associates (CCPSA) seeks a board‑certified Sleep Medicine physician to join its outpatient sleep clinics across Colorado and Kansas. Candidates with additional Pulmonary certification may incorporate outpatient pulmonary care into the role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and management of complex sleep (and optional pulmonary) disorders for new and established patients.
• Interpret home sleep tests (Nox T3, WatchPAT) and in‑lab studies for patients and for the broader pulmonary team.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medications and therapy for all sleep disorders.
• Lead and support Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs) and respiratory therapists in mask‑fitting clinics and PAP therapy education.
• Participate in clinical leadership, education, and continuous improvement initiatives using Epic EMR.

Required profile

• Completion of an accredited Sleep Medicine fellowship.
• Board certification in Sleep Medicine.
• Board certification in Pulmonary Medicine is welcomed but not required.
• Ability to travel among multiple clinic sites as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Interpretation of Nox T3 and WatchPAT sleep testing devices.
• Use of Epic electronic medical record system.
