Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Part‑Time (Texas)

About the role

Join Nolia Health’s transdisciplinary team to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adults, older adults, and family caregivers dealing with chronic conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. The role is fully remote for licensed clinicians in Texas, offering 20–30 hours per week based on client demand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote clinical counseling services in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records, including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination documentation.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes compliant with healthcare plans.
• Collaborate with in‑house billing and scheduling teams to focus on patient care.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
• Active, unrestricted Texas license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) with proof provided.
• At least 2 years of experience working with family caregivers and older adults.
• Demonstrated cultural humility and ability to interact respectfully with diverse populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and/or CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Social‑justice orientation and anti‑racism practice.
