Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Part‑Time (Idaho)

About the role

Join Nolia Health’s transdisciplinary team to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adults, older adults, and family caregivers dealing with chronic conditions such as Alzheimer’s. This fully remote, part‑time position focuses on delivering compassionate, evidence‑based mental health support while the company handles administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote clinical counseling sessions according to schedule and company policies.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records, including intake, progress, treatment plans, and termination notes.
• Ensure compliance with licensure requirements, state laws, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
• Active, unrestricted Idaho license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) with proof provided.
• At least 2 years of experience serving family caregivers or older adults.
• Demonstrated cultural humility and ability to work with diverse populations.

Required skills

• Training or specialty in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Proficiency in completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to maintain professional boundaries.
