Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Part‑Time (Florida)

About the role

Join Nolia Health’s transdisciplinary team to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adults, older adults, and family caregivers dealing with chronic conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. The role is fully remote for licensed clinicians in Florida, offering 20–30 hours per week based on client demand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote clinical counseling services in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination notes.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes compliant with healthcare plans.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work.
• Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Florida.
• At least 2 years of experience working with family caregivers and older adults.
• Demonstrated cultural humility and ability to interact with diverse populations.

Required skills

• Experience with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and/or CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
