Outpatient Clinician II or III

About the role

Cascade Community Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Counselor (Clinician III) or an Associate Licensed Counselor (Clinician II) to join its Outpatient Treatment Team. The role involves delivering clinical services, conducting assessments, and providing therapy to child, adolescent, and adult clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and track client progress.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management.
• Coordinate services with schools, primary care providers, corrections, and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and required reports.
• Meet productivity and service utilization standards set by program leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences.
• Current licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) or associate license (LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA).
• Ability to pass Washington State background checks.
• Compliance with agency policies and maintenance of current contact information.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and treatment planning.
• Individual, family, and group therapy techniques.
• Case management and coordination with external partners.
• Accurate documentation and data verification.
