Orthopedic Patient Care Representative – Northern Vermont

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Orthopedic Patient Care Representative to join its Field Services team in northern Vermont. The role supports patients and healthcare providers by fitting, educating, and managing orthopedic bracing and related medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, fit, and apply orthopedic soft goods, functional braces, bone growth stimulators, and other Enovis products as prescribed.
• Educate patients and healthcare practitioners on proper use, care, and expected outcomes of the devices.
• Coordinate follow‑up appointments for brace fittings and adjustments.
• Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff.
• Verify patient benefits, obtain pre‑authorizations, and collect patient responsibility using automation tools.
• Act as liaison between customers, Enovis, and the sales team.

Required profile

• Passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting.
• Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or related field such as athletic training, medical assisting, or orthopaedic technology.
• Ability to travel within northern Vermont to serve multiple locations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of orthopedic soft goods and functional bracing.
• Experience with DME measurement and fitting procedures.
• Familiarity with benefit verification and pre‑authorization processes.
