Organization Design Consultant

About the role

APM Terminals Elizabeth is seeking a hands‑on Organization Design Consultant for a 6‑9 month contract to support the Elizabeth 2.0 transformation program. Reporting to the Head of People Function, you will shape future operating models, structures, and workforce transition plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into organization design solutions.
• Lead assessments, design workshops, and develop current‑state and future‑state structures.
• Create deliverables such as org charts, role charters, governance models, RACI matrices, and decision‑rights documentation.
• Conduct workforce and capability assessments and support transition planning and implementation roadmaps.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience in organization design, workforce transformation, or operating model design.
• Proven experience supporting complex transformation or restructuring initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or port environments is preferred.
