Organic Social & Community Manager (TikTok/Instagram) – US Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Organic Social & Community Manager to lead our TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Reels presence for a fast‑growing consumer lifestyle brand. The role is fully remote (US‑based) and will work closely with brand leadership to shape community‑first storytelling and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social strategy for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Reels.
• Produce, edit and publish short‑form video content that aligns with brand voice and cultural trends.
• Engage with the community, turn comments and trends into ongoing engagement loops.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up content ideation, creation and testing.
• Rapidly test concepts, iterate based on performance data, and maintain a consistent publishing cadence.

Required profile

• Deep, native understanding of TikTok culture and its community dynamics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to move quickly from idea to published content.
• Community‑first thinking and a sense of humor that resonates with a lifestyle audience.
• Hands‑on operator comfortable wearing both strategist and creator hats.
