Oracle Financials ERP Functional Lead – Manager

About the role

PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Finance functional initiatives. The role involves guiding clients through technology transformation across front, back, and mid‑office functions, leveraging Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycles, managing resources to ensure client success.
• Serve as the global point of contact for application design, optimizing scalability, user experience, and data integrity.
• Create functional specifications, design documents, and high‑level requirement estimates.
• Conduct Joint Application Design workshops, oversee testing, quality reviews, and training.
• Provide post‑Go‑Live support and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification required; D365 Finance & Operations certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams, resolve issues, and deliver strategic recommendations.
