Operative Excellence Coordinator

About the role

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking an Operative Excellence Coordinator to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of its Operational Excellence (OpEx) system across the assigned region. The role will support ISO, TRACC and TPM initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of OpEx requirements, documentation and controls.
• Assist with ISO, TRACC and TPM activities within the manufacturing development area.
• Deliver training on standards and requirements of various management systems to regional staff.
• Analyze integration of requirements, identify process gaps and propose improvements.
• Validate administrative processes against plans and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate root‑cause analyses, develop action plans and ensure closure of deviations.
• Conduct audit walks to assess 5S, safety practices and staff competency.
• Develop and update procedures and work instructions in compliance tools.
• Support regional Quality Management in audit data handling and tracking of findings.
• Maintain a historical record of regional findings and ensure corrective actions are embedded into operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Accounting.
• Experience with operational excellence, quality management systems and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify gaps and drive improvements.
