Operations Supervisor – Nights

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the night shift to lead plant teams in achieving production goals. You will train, coach, and develop team members while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate job expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
• Develop and execute flexible production plans, schedule personnel, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, equipment, and control points, and implement cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and compliance with FSQA policies.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and manage administrative tasks such as payroll, vacation, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or university education.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• High capacity for change and multi‑tasking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of plant operations, processes, and machinery.
